November 2024 Butter Babe: Ashleigh Watson

When a customer becomes a friend, it’s a sweet thing and that is what has happened with Ashleigh. Her consistent support of Reney’s Honey Butter through the years has been a blessing and she exudes the theme of Butter Babe this year. She is generous with her time and resources and definitely does more than what is expected of her. She is a gift to this community! She has spent some time answering the questions below, so let’s get to know Ashleigh!

  1. What is your favorite song at the moment?
My favorite song at the moment is Hard Fought Hallelujah by Brandon Lake.

  2. What is something you have always dreamed of doing?
I absolutely love flowers! They just make me smile. I’d love to take a floral arranging course and use that skill to put a smile on someone else’s face.

  3. How would you describe your perfect day?
My perfect day would be sitting on a beach, with a book, a cool breeze, and just enough sun to get a nice tan…without sweating to death.

  4. What is the best gift you have ever received and why?
One of the best gifts I ever received came from my then 13 year old. She didn’t have any money but wanted to give me a Mother’s Day gift. I was going through a difficult season of life and she was aware. She found a Mason jar and cut strips of paper.  On each piece of paper she wrote something positive about me. She tied a tag to the jar that said, “Pull one when you’re feeling down or just need something inspirational” It was so thoughtful and something that I needed to help me get through that season.

  5. What was the last thing you read?
The books I am reading right now are All It Takes Is A Goal by Jon Acuff and Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara.

  6. What is the legacy that you want to leave?
I want to leave a legacy of faith, service, and impact. In both my personal life and career, I strive to help others—whether it’s guiding families through one of the biggest transitions of their lives or mentoring new agents to achieve their goals. For me, legacy isn’t just about success; it’s about serving others well, leading with integrity, and making a lasting difference in the lives of those around me.

  7. What inspires you?
I would say the two things that inspire me most are my faith and family. I find joy in spending quality time with my family as well as drawing grounded resilience in my faith. These two things tend to inspire me to be the best person I can be.
